Her perspective is informed by 20+ years of commercial and HR leadership experience in global organizations spanning a variety of industries including Financial Services, Technology, Legal, News Media and Non-Profits.

Having started her career in Marketing, Sarah has a proven track record of delivering business and financial performance in high-growth environments, transformation contexts as well as mature markets.  Sarah has a BA in Marketing from Northern Iowa University and is both a Hudson Institute and PCC certified coach, and is also certified in Hogan and DiSC assessments.
